Rossmoyne/Mountain Homeowners Association

Bounded by Maryland Avenue on the west, Ethel Street on the east, Mountain Street and Hillcroft Road on the north and Glenoaks Boulevard on the south, the Rossmoyne/Mountain Homeowners Association is a voluntary-membership, volunteer-run neighborhood association which umbrellas approximately 1,200 homes. At the time of its founding, the primary  concern of the HOA was speed and traffic calming, as many streets in the area were being heavily utilized by commuters trying to find a way off of the congested arterial roads which flank our neighborhood. Over time, the HOA expanded its membership and the scope of its advocacy, working with city officials and other organizations at the request of residents on matters involving traffic calming, encroaching multi-unit development, crime prevention, and historic preservation.
